Refund policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
Agricultural chemicals are hazardous goods and cannot be resold once opened, so our returns are limited and you should inspect the parcel at delivery. These rules are part of our Terms of sale.
Damaged or leaking in transit
Report within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or by phone with photos or video of the parcel and the product. We replace the product free of charge or refund it in full, at your choice where both are possible.
Wrong product or quantity
Report within 48 hours of delivery. Provided the product is unopened with its seal intact, we exchange it free of charge or refund it.
Quality claims
Any claim that a product is defective in quality must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt, with the batch number, purchase details and a description of the problem. Our warranty is limited to replacement of the goods supplied, or a refund of the price paid if replacement is not possible. We do not warrant crop results, which depend on application, weather, timing and other factors outside our control.
What cannot be returned
Products whose seal has been broken or packaging opened, products damaged after delivery, and products bought in error where there was no fault on our side.
How refunds are paid
- Cash on Delivery or bank deposit: by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order, within 10 working days of approval. For COD orders this requires you to give us bank details.
- Paid online (card or wallet), when offered: to the same card or wallet within 10 working days of approval; your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.
The refund amount is decided against the goods actually returned and the money actually received; where part of an order is kept, only the returned part is refunded. Courier charges we have incurred may be deducted where the return is not due to our fault. Refunds are made only to the original payer.
Collection of returns
Where a return is approved we arrange collection through the courier or ask you to hand the sealed product to the courier. Do not post hazardous goods yourself.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including the right to claim for a defective product within the period that law allows.
