Where we deliver

We deliver within Pakistan, to the provinces our pesticide dealer licence covers; the checkout lists them. We use TCS Courier or another courier we appoint and tell you the courier and tracking number when the parcel is collected.

Delivery charge

Delivery is currently included in the product price for all orders. If a delivery charge is ever introduced it will be shown at checkout before you confirm, and the total you pay is always shown before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders received — and, for a bank deposit, paid in full — before 3:00 pm (Pakistan time) on a working day are normally handed to the courier the same day; others the next working day. Delivery estimates (typically 3 to 5 working days, up to 7 for remote areas) are estimates based on the courier's service levels, not guarantees. We tell you by WhatsApp, and by email if you gave one, when the parcel is collected and when it is out for delivery. We do not send SMS.

Receiving the parcel

Someone must be at the address to receive the parcel and, for Cash on Delivery, to pay the courier. Please check the parcel for leaks or damage in the courier's presence and refuse a visibly damaged parcel. If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts the parcel returns to us and the order is treated as cancelled; prepaid amounts are refunded less any courier return charge actually incurred.

Packaging

Liquid and granular products are packed to prevent leaks in transit. Report any leak or damage within 48 hours of delivery under our Refund policy.
